My decision to start a blog for creatives struggling with anxiety, chronic pain, and other mental health issues, stems from my own first-hand experiences in the last 20+ years working as a creative. During this time, I have witnessed how much it affects soo many of us.
I've learned the importance of community and support when you are struggling and feeling your lowest. You are not alone! I figured that maybe- by sharing my thoughts, findings, struggles, and victories- it could help someone else during tough and uncertain times!
